High atop the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel’s glass tower, reside two private dining rooms suitable for the most intimate occasions. Sky 1 and Sky 2 offer an unprecedented destination to bring people together for dinners, graduation and rehearsal dinners, wedding or birthday receptions, dinner programs and more.

Sky 1 comfortably seats thirty-six people, forty-five maximum, and has a 50 inch flat screen television great for presentations or other imagery displays. Sky 2 can host up to twenty guests for a more intimate dinner setting. Both rooms can also be combined for private hors d’oeuvres receptions for up to 100 guests.

Cygnus 27’s chef d cuisine Werner Absenger has masterfully created menus that offer several succulent courses. Although these menus are tailored, guests can enjoy their dining experience of choice. Menu price includes coffee, tea and soda. Optional customized menus are available for theme dinners and receptions. Menus are subject to change.
