Amenities & Services Availability
Some hotel services may not be available or may be limited during your visit. The following services and amenities are available, but with reduced service: Breakfast, On-site Restaurant(s), Spa. The following services and amenities are currently not available: Tower Guest Rooms, Business Center, Concierge, Room Service, Valet Parking, Guest Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service. Our pool is currently closed for renovations, and our Fitness Center will be open to guests on February 15 with limited capacity by appointment only.

Spa Etiquette


Please reserve Spa and Salon appointments at your earliest convenience so that we may best meet your requests.


The Spa and Salon at the Amway Grand Plaza is located on the 2nd floor of the Exhibitors building. Go up the spiral staircase adjacent to the front desk and walk though the concourse. There are stairs leading down to the Exhibitors building; The Spa is on the left.


If you are not a guest in the hotel, we offer complimentary valet or self-parking in the Amway Grand Plaza Parking Ramp. Please bring your ticket to the Spa and Salon.


Gratuity is not included in the price of service. We recommend 15 to 20 percent based on your satisfaction of any spa or salon service.


We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing for spa treatments. A robe and slippers are provided to you along with lockers to lock up your belongings. Our therapists are professionally trained in draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.


Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a new client consent form and begin your relaxation experience. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed.

Cancellation Policy

Treatments are reserved especially for you. We kindly request a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Should you require to cancel your spa service, please call the spa and salon a minimum of 24 hours before your schedule service to avoid being charged in full.


The Spa and Salon services are available for children. Parents will need to sign a client consent form prior to treatment, and guardians must be present for children younger than 15. Please speak to our spa concierge to discuss which services are most kid-friendly.


Not all treatments are recommended during pregnancy. Please speak with our spa concierge to find out which services are best. If your pregnancy is considered high-risk, please seek the advice of your doctor prior to booking.
